Unexpected Delays

Do You Offer Delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot send shipments to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

What if my items get lost during transit?

You have two options:

  1. We can issue a full refund for your lost package.
  2. If you prefer, we can arrange a speedy reshipment of your order, and you can expect it to arrive within 7-10 days.
